It is aimed at health systems, insurers, telehealth providers and call centers that want to steer patients toward the appropriate service before a clinician is involved. The same underlying logic powers three delivery modes: a chat interface, a voice assistant for web and call centers, and a structured form with body-avatar symptom selection. Each mode runs on a shared medical knowledge base and probabilistic reasoning engine covering more than 900 conditions and built from over 160,000 hours of physician input. In practice a patient describes symptoms in free text or through guided questions, and the engine follows up adaptively, weighing symptoms, existing conditions and risk factors. The output is a likely cause, an explanation of the questions asked, and a concrete next step such as self-care guidance, a GP visit, a telemedicine appointment or another service the organization chooses to surface. Clinicians receive a structured intake summary with SNOMED CT and ICD-10 codes, which can save time at the start of a consultation. Configuration options include care pathways, white label interfaces, configurable calls to action and analytics on how patients move through the funnel. Deployment comes in two forms. Teams can build a custom experience on the API, keeping control of flow and interface, or embed a pre-built iframe with a single snippet and no front-end work. The company positions the product against general-purpose language models, emphasizing deterministic, auditable outputs and human-verified medical content. Regulatory status differs by mode: the form modality is CE-marked as Class IIb under EU MDR and registered with the UK MHRA, while chat and voice are still in conformity assessment.
