AppifyText generates custom business apps (CRMs, inventory systems, booking tools, ERPs) from a written description, with a template or Excel starting point and AI editing for revisions.

AppifyText is a no-code application builder that turns a plain-language description of a business need into a working database app. You name the app, write a paragraph explaining what it must track (customers, orders, inventory, appointments), and optionally pick a template or upload an Excel file as a starting point. The AI then models the data, builds the screens and applies the look you asked for. Version 3, released in February 2026, adds AI editing: after the first build you can keep refining the app by describing changes instead of clicking through a form designer. The examples on the homepage show the intended range: a laptop store CRM with salesperson logins, a board game collection with a public-facing gallery, an office supplies inventory system with a dashboard, a library loan manager, a physiotherapy appointment book, a clothing store ERP, a coffee bar manager covering menu, stock, maintenance and shifts, a bike service shop and a scooter rental service. Each prompt includes both data requirements and a requested color scheme, which the generated UI follows. That makes AppifyText closest in spirit to AI app builders such as those that generate internal tools from a description, rather than to traditional drag-and-drop no-code platforms where you assemble every table and form yourself. With 11,488 apps created so far, the product is clearly aimed at small business owners and solo operators who know exactly what they need to track but do not want to learn a database designer or hire a developer. A physiotherapist, a bike mechanic or a coffee bar owner can describe their workflow and get an app with the fields and dashboard they mentioned. The trade-off is that you hand the data model to the AI: if the description is vague, the output will be too, and getting a precise schema means writing a precise prompt. Generation takes 30 to 60 seconds, and the site notes a wait for installation before the app is ready.
