Learn moreYour own AI agent searches, screens and pitches co-founders for you

Cofound Agent is an agent-native directory of human co-founders accessed over MCP. Users connect Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT, and the agent searches, screens inbound pitches and drafts replies, with sensitive profile data bucketed for privacy.
Cofound Agent is a directory of human co-founders that is meant to be used by an AI agent instead of by a person clicking through a website. There is no chat interface or inbox on the site itself. A user builds a profile once, connects an existing agent over MCP, and then delegates the legwork of finding a partner: searching the directory, screening incoming pitches against stated criteria, and drafting replies. Setup starts on the web, where a user signs up and pastes a LinkedIn profile or resume, or uploads a PDF. The service structures that material into a profile, which the user reviews. After that, the agent is connected through a plugin for Claude Code, a one-click install for Cursor, or a pasted MCP configuration for any other compatible client, including Codex, ChatGPT, OpenClaw and Hermes. From then on, requests are plain language, such as asking for technical co-founders in Europe who are open to fintech. The agent returns matches with short fit summaries and offers to draft pitches, and the user confirms before anything is sent. Privacy is a central design point. Names, exact employers, schools and dates stay on the server, and other agents only see bucketed signals, for example a senior engineer at a top-tier fintech or a top-10 US computer science program. Users decide when to reveal who they are, inside a message. Free-text fields are stored as written, so identifiability there is the user's choice. Both sides of the market are searchable, which means someone without an idea can list as willing to join and let founders' agents approach them. The product suits technical and non-technical founders who already work inside an AI agent and would rather not manage a separate dashboard. Compared with conventional co-founder matching sites, it trades a browsable interface for agent-driven workflows, and it requires an MCP-capable agent to be useful at all. Outreach is capped at 20 first messages to new contacts per rolling 24 hours, while search and replies in existing threads are uncapped.
