What is FormWise?

FormWise is an AI project builder tool that builds branded AI agents and flows on your own expertise, then sell them. FormWise turns a business's own knowledge, files and methods into branded AI agents, flows and Suites, then lets you deploy them internally, embed them, or sell them through self-service storefronts and branded portals.

FormWise is a no-code platform for packaging what a business knows into AI assets that the business owns. Rather than starting from a general chatbot, you build agents on your own files, methods and voice, then decide whether they serve your internal team or paying customers under your brand. The company says more than 10,000 businesses use it. The product has four parts. Build covers agents for open-ended work, Flows that follow a fixed sequence of steps and run as a guided form or guided chat, and Suites that bundle everything into one collection. Trust covers Resources, Guardrails and Goals that constrain what an agent will answer, plus Output Styles that shape the finished result into something sendable. Deploy pushes the same asset to an embedded widget, a branded portal on your own domain with end-user login, or assigned seats for employees and outside consultants. Earn tracks runs, credits, active users and subscription revenue, with checkout built in. The buyers split into two groups. Agencies and consultants use it to turn a repeatable methodology into a product they can provision across many clients, and the Agency tier adds a HighLevel connection for sub-account provisioning. Experts and course builders use it to publish a single tool they can charge for. Internal teams use it to capture specialist know-how so that non-specialists can produce the same quality of output. It sits in the same territory as white-label chatbot builders and AI App marketplaces, but leans harder on governance (guardrails, output styles) and on selling the finished asset through self-service storefronts or a portal. Model access runs on Claude, OpenAI and Gemini, and you can bring your own API key instead of buying credits. Every run carries an estimated carbon figure, with verified credits retired against it.

  2. 2Choose the asset type to start with
Decide between an agent for open-ended chat, a flow for a repeatable process, or a Suite if you are packaging a full product. The builder walks you through a starting point for each.

  3. 3Load your knowledge and set guardrails
Attach knowledgebases and sources that hold your actual methodology, then define Guardrails and Goals so the asset stays on the problem it was built for. Output Styles control the shape of what it returns.
  4. 4Test the asset on real requests
Run sample inputs through the agent or flow and check the output against what a senior person would produce. Adjust sources and guardrails until the result is something you would send to a client unchanged.
  5. 5Deploy to a portal or embed
Publish through an embedded widget, a shared link, or a branded portal on your domain where end users log in. On the Agency plan, assets can be provisioned into HighLevel client sub-accounts.
  6. 6Attach pricing and sell
Use the built-in checkout and storefronts to sell by subscription, seat or usage, then track runs, credits and revenue from the dashboard.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Builds agents on your own knowledgebases and methods, so output follows your process rather than generic adviceAI
  • Selling is native to the platform: built-in checkout, storefronts and portal login with plans attachedAI
  • Governance controls (Guardrails, Goals, Output Styles) are aimed at reducing the slop problem rather than just generating textAI
  • Suites and supervisor routing let you package several agents and flows as one coherent productAI
  • Credits are included on every plan, and you can bring your own API key to pay wholesale insteadAI

Cons

  • Annual billing is the headline price; monthly costs more, and the gap is only visible on the pricing pageAI
  • Whitelabeling is a paid add-on at $49/mo on the entry Creator plan, which undercuts the pitch for solo sellersAI
  • Knowledgebase limits bite early: Creator caps you at 3 knowledgebases with 10 sources eachAI
  • No native mobile apps and no public API documentation on the homepage, so programmatic control is unclearAI
  • Carbon offsetting is baked into runs, which some buyers may see as added overhead rather than a feature they asked forAI
