What is Klariqo?

Klariqo is an AI calls tool. Klariqo adds a cryptographic proof layer to call recordings, sealing each conversation into a signable, timestamped evidence bundle, and can also supply AI voice agents that run inside your existing dialer, VICIdial included.

Klariqo is a conversation proof layer for contact centers and call operations. The core product is the KCR, a sealed evidence bundle that wraps each connected call in a transcript, a SHA-512 fingerprint of the original audio, a cryptographic signature, a witness receipt held independently on JLINC, and an RFC 3161 timestamp issued by DigiCert. The file opens in any standard browser and can be checked by a buyer, auditor or outside counsel without an account and without contacting the vendor. Klariqo positions the record itself as the deliverable, with the carrier proving the call occurred and TrustedForm proving a form was submitted. The second half of the product is a voice agent tier. Klariqo deploys AI phone agents that run inside the dialer the floor already uses, including a direct SIP connection into VICIdial, on the same carrier and numbers. The agent qualifies a lead and warm-transfers while the caller is still on the line, then writes its disposition back to the call log and lead record automatically. Buyer data posts to Ringba and Retreaver before the transfer. Human agent calls generate the same KCR as AI calls, so a mixed floor keeps one evidence standard. The tool suits compliance leads, call center operators and legal teams that already store call recordings and need them to survive a dispute about authenticity. The pitch leans on TCPA class action volume and Federal Rule of Evidence 901, which puts the burden of proving a file is unaltered on the party presenting it. Pricing is split: the record is free for the first 10,000 recorded calls and one cent per recorded minute afterwards, while automated QA scoring against your own rules runs two cents per minute, or three with PII redaction. Fully managed voice AI is fifteen cents per minute with scoring and redaction included. Klariqo is not a dialer replacement or a transcription suite; it is an overlay that adds verification and, optionally, agent labor to an existing stack.

How do you use Klariqo?

  1. 1Request your free record allowance
Start on the try page and sign up without a credit card. The first 10,000 recorded calls are free, with no trial clock and no expiry, and only connected calls that produce a recording count against the limit.

  2. 2Connect the dialer you already run
Point Klariqo at your existing call flow. VICIdial is supported today through a Go SIP bridge on your own carrier and numbers; other recorded-call setups are assessed case by case around the flow you already use.
  3. 3Route calls through the proof layer
Human agents keep taking calls as before, and AI agents can be added on the same numbers. Either way, each connected conversation is transcribed and paired with a fingerprint of the original audio.
  4. 4Let the record seal itself
At the end of the call, Klariqo signs the bundle, has JLINC witness it and attaches a DigiCert RFC 3161 timestamp. No manual step is needed to produce the KCR.
  5. 5Verify a record with the other side
Open any KCR in a standard browser and check the signatures against the public authorities. No account, dashboard login or sales call is required for the recipient.
  6. 6Add scoring when you need it
Turn on automated QA scoring to grade each call against your existing rules, with sentiment included and PII redaction available at the higher per-minute rate.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Each record carries five verifiable elements: transcript, audio hash, signature, JLINC witness and a DigiCert timestampAI
  • Records are checked in a browser with no login, so opposing counsel or an auditor does not depend on KlariqoAI
  • Records stay downloadable and verifiable for ten years even after an account is closedAI
  • Human and AI agent calls produce the same evidence format, which keeps a mixed floor consistentAI
  • The proof layer is free for the first 10,000 recorded calls with no card and no expiryAI

Cons

  • Proof only covers calls placed through a supported integration; the site names VICIdial as live and describes other environments as evaluated per connectorAI
  • The free allowance is one time per client, not a renewable tier, so high volume teams reach paid minutes quicklyAI
  • Automated QA scoring is a paid add-on, so the free tier gives you evidence but not compliance scoringAI
  • Transcription quality, language coverage and voice agent latency are not documented on the homepageAI
  • No public API, developer documentation or self-serve onboarding path beyond a single signup pageAI

Integrations

VICIdial is supported today through a Go SIP bridge running on your own carrier and phone numbers. Ringba and Retreaver receive buyer data before a transfer. Other recorded-call environments are evaluated per connector.

Features

Every call returns a KCR containing the transcript, a SHA-512 audio fingerprint, a cryptographic signature, a JLINC witness receipt and a DigiCert RFC 3161 timestamp. Records open and verify in any browser without an account, are retained for ten years, and stay valid after cancellation. Optional QA scoring grades calls against your own rules, with sentiment and PII redaction. AI voice agents qualify leads, warm-transfer to closers and write dispositions back to the dialer.
