You're eligible for refunds on the following conditions: * First-time subscribers must email customer support within 24 hours of purchase and meet specific usage criteria for LOVO Studio and Genny services. * Recurring paid users can receive a refund only if they have not used the service since the renewal of the subscription. * Refunds are not available for LOVO API or DIY Custom Voice subscriptions.
