What is ProspectFlow?

ProspectFlow is an AI calls tool. ProspectFlow researches local businesses across reviews, websites, social and competitors, then ranks them into a work order with a Buying Readiness Score, cited gaps, likely contacts and proof-backed outreach. Built for sellers and agencies targeting local trades, with Florida-first public data coverage.

ProspectFlow is a sales preparation platform for people who sell to local businesses. Rather than handing over a raw list of names, it researches each business (reviews, website, social presence and nearby competitors) and reorganizes that material into a ranked dispatch board. Every entry carries a fit read, an intent read, supporting evidence, the most likely buyer and a suggested next move, so a seller can decide what to work today instead of guessing. The analysis runs through a profile of what the user actually sells. More than 15 industry lenses are supported, including web design, digital marketing, IT services, photography, accounting, cleaning, consulting, restaurants, HVAC, plumbing, dental, salons, auto repair, real estate, fitness, roofing, landscaping, medical and law. A cleaning company sees review complaints about hygiene; a web designer sees website gaps and redesign angles. Each gap arrives with a severity ranking, cited evidence, a pitch angle and an estimated business impact. A normalized 0 to 100 Buying Readiness Score, built from up to 45 scorable fields across eight categories, gives the queue its order, with estimated scores labeled as such. Downstream, users get a shareable research report, a branded proposal, ranked contact channels with working email options, and sequences across email, LinkedIn, Instagram and phone. The CRM layer tracks opens, notes, tasks and follow-up, and auto-pipeline prepares high-confidence research in the background on paid tiers. The honest caveat is coverage. Public data is Florida-first, and the county map only counts a county when its permitting feed is live and healthy, so sellers operating outside Florida will find thinner evidence. It suits solo sellers, small sales teams and agencies working local trades; larger teams needing custom CRM syncs or non-US data should look at broader platforms.
