When a partner files for bankruptcy, receives a debt-restructuring moratorium, faces a call to creditors, or changes its management, the finding appears the next morning with the official publication attached as proof. Bankruptcies are also pushed out by WhatsApp right away. The practical value shows up in three places. A morning brief collects whatever the register published about your partners, so nothing binding goes unread. Filing deadlines from calls to creditors are written straight into the calendar with a reminder two days ahead, because a missed claim filing means losing the money. And when a reply draft is open, a clearly internal red note warns against payment commitments or flags that the sender has lost signing authority or that announced bank details cannot be confirmed in the register. The note sits in the draft; the user deletes it before sending. Protime never sends in its own name. Setup is deliberately thin.
