Recipe organizer that saves, breaks down, plans and shops

ReciBites is an iPhone and Android recipe organizer that saves recipes from social platforms, screenshots and handwritten notes, then adds nutrition breakdowns, diet-aware substitutions, weekly meal plans and aisle-sorted grocery lists.
ReciBites is a mobile recipe organizer that gathers recipes from scattered places into one app. Users can save a recipe from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest or YouTube through the share button, upload a screenshot or image, or photograph a handwritten note or cookbook page. Once saved, each recipe is broken down into ingredients, calories, macros and key nutrients, so the nutritional picture is visible before cooking starts. The app is built around personal preferences. Diet, dietary restrictions, goals, household and lifestyle feed into how recipes are evaluated and adjusted. When an ingredient does not fit a diet, the app flags it and proposes a substitution, which the site illustrates with examples such as lower-sugar swaps for people managing diabetes and halal-compliance flags for recipes found on social video. A built-in assistant, called Caly AI in the interface, answers questions and can build a dish to a target such as a set amount of protein under a calorie ceiling. Beyond saving and analysis, ReciBites covers the rest of the kitchen routine. Saved recipes can be arranged into a weekly meal plan across breakfast, lunch and dinner, with daily calorie totals shown. Any recipe can be turned into a grocery list organized by aisle or by recipe. A food search and calorie log track daily intake against a goal, with the assistant noting when protein is running low. ReciBites is available on iPhone and Android. Windows, Mac and web access are described as coming soon, along with a Chrome extension for faster saving. Among alternatives, it sits between plain recipe clippers and calorie trackers: it combines import from social platforms, nutrition tracking, planning and shopping in a single app. People who mostly cook from video clips and screenshots, or who need to watch carbs, calories or religious dietary rules, are the clearest audience. Anyone who needs desktop access today will have to wait for the announced releases.
