Book by Anyone

Book by Anyone is an AI book generator tool. A print-on-demand gift service that uses AI to generate a personalized comic book, fiction novel or joke nonfiction book starring a person you describe. You answer questions, pick from generated storylines and covers, then receive a professionally printed copy in 7 to 10 business days.

Book by Anyone is a print-on-demand service that turns a short questionnaire about a person into a personalized book where that person is the main character. The catalog covers three formats: a 20-page comic book, a full fiction novel of over 200 pages, and a nonfiction title presented as if the recipient wrote it themselves. A licensed Fuggler comic is also offered, placing the recipient alongside the plush monster characters. Every product is produced as a physical object and shipped, with free standard shipping and a choice between paperback and hardcover for the longer books. The workflow is guided rather than open-ended. You select a format, answer questions about the recipient (their traits, habits, speech patterns and hobbies), and optionally upload a photo to help shape the character's appearance. The AI then returns several title, cover and storyline options built from those answers, and you pick the one that fits before previewing the result and ordering. In practice, output quality tracks input quality: customers report that sharper, more specific character details produce funnier and more accurate stories, while vague answers lead to generic results. This is a gift product first and a writing tool second. It suits people shopping for birthdays, office jokes and hard-to-buy-for relatives who want something personal and humorous rather than a polished literary work. The company is explicit that the books are gag gifts for entertainment, not commercial or factual material. Compared with a general AI writing assistant, Book by Anyone removes the prompt work and the printing logistics, but it also removes most creative control: the text is generated by the platform and delivered as a finished printed item, not as a document you can edit freely. Print runs matter here. The site reports more than 750,000 books printed and a Trustpilot rating of 4.8 out of 5 across 5,433 reviews, with reviewers repeatedly citing fast shipping and vivid print quality. Standard delivery runs 7 to 10 business days, expedited 6 to 7. A 30-day money-back guarantee covers returns, with a prepaid label provided.
