Learn moreAn AI caller that chases invoices, reaches leads and fills shifts

Cora Intelligence is an AI phone agent that calls customers with overdue invoices, contacts new leads and books meetings, and handles inbound and follow-on operational calls, all managed from one dashboard.
Cora Intelligence is an AI phone agent built for the calls a business knows it should make but rarely gets to. It covers three jobs from one dashboard: Money Recovery, which phones customers with overdue invoices and texts a secure payment link; Outreach, which researches new prospects, calls them, and books meetings into a calendar; and Operations, which answers incoming calls and then makes the follow-on calls, such as filling an open shift or chasing a missing document. The product is aimed at teams where one inbound request turns into many outbound calls. Staffing and recruiting agencies are the origin case, and the site also lays out use cases for agencies and professional services, subscription businesses with expired cards, insurance brokers, headhunters, real estate, B2B SaaS and research firms. Each call opens with Cora identifying herself as an AI assistant, and the site states she never takes card details, never threatens, and stops calling when asked. In practice, a user can type an instruction in plain language, such as calling everyone who has not paid in 30 days, and Cora reports the accounts involved and schedules the calls inside each person's working hours. She handles callbacks at agreed times, texts after a missed call, and logs summaries and next steps to a connected CRM. Further controls include testing two call openings, proposing changes that wait for approval, reporting objections and competitor mentions with quotes, and asking the owner when a question has no known answer. Integrations include Stripe, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Slack, Gmail, Outlook and Twilio. An API and MCP server allow use from Claude, Cursor or custom code. Among alternatives, Cora sits between dialer software, which still needs a human on the line, and general voice-bot builders that need scripting. Pricing is per person contacted rather than a share of recovered money, with a free tier of 20 people and paid plans from $99 a month. Operations requires onboarding with the vendor's team, so it suits larger deployments more than quick self-serve trials.
