Learn moreAI job search agent that ranks roles, maps warm intros and drafts outreach

dojob is an AI job-search agent that scores roles on career fit, maps warm introductions through your contacts, drafts tailored outreach and tracks everything in a pipeline. It favors fewer, better-targeted moves over mass applications.
dojob is an AI agent built for people running a serious job search, with a particular focus on senior professionals, operators, founders and executives. Instead of pushing users to submit as many applications as possible, it concentrates on a small number of roles where background, timing and personal network give a real chance of landing a conversation. The pitch is roughly five to ten considered moves per week, set against the hundreds of cold applications that mass-apply tools generate. In practice the workflow starts with an upload of a resume, plus target roles, compensation range and preferences. The agent then scans company careers pages, applicant tracking hosts such as Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, and the wider web, scoring each role on fit and presenting a weekly shortlist. Each entry carries a numeric match score and a short label, and a separate view shows every role that was reviewed but filtered out, grouped by reason such as seniority mismatch, wrong location or compensation below range. Any role can be restored with one click, and dismissals feed back into later ranking. For shortlisted roles, dojob maps possible introductions by importing contacts from LinkedIn, CSV or an address book, then showing first- and second-degree paths into the target company with a suggested ask framed for each relationship. It also drafts tailored outreach, cover letters and follow-ups, and keeps everything in a pipeline with Kanban and table views. Nothing is sent to employers or contacts without the user's approval, and the user's search data stays private by default. An optional Open to opportunities setting lets approved companies see a limited anonymised profile. Among alternatives, it sits between job boards, which offer endless listings with little signal, and auto-apply bots, which trade quality for volume. It is closer to a personal search assistant with a CRM-style tracker. A free plan covers basic tracking, Pro adds the full AI features, and an Executive tier with deep company research and confidential search is listed as coming soon.
