Fobizz is a content tool. Fobizz combines an AI chat, character and PDF chat, a prompt lab and 150+ teaching assistants with worksheets, boards, surveys, recorders and shared student spaces that need no registration and delete data after 24 hours.

Fobizz is a web platform that bundles AI classroom tools with a wider set of teaching utilities. At its core are an AI Chat for planning and strategy questions, a Character Chat that simulates figures for conversation, a PDF Chat that answers questions and drafts assignments from uploaded documents, and a Prompt Lab stocked with pre-written prompts. A catalog of more than 150 assistants (called chatbots) includes ready-made helpers such as a course finder for professional development, a school administration assistant for letters and planning, and PhonicsBuddy for word lists and phonics passages. Teachers can also build their own assistant with custom background knowledge and instructions. Media tools cover podcast creation, image generation, image to text conversion, keynote scripting, text to speech, transcription, dialog creation, translation and summaries. A second layer handles classroom materials. Worksheets can be built by hand, generated with AI, or imported. A teaching board structures lesson content, pinboards support shared task organization, surveys run from a link or QR code, and a collaborative text editor and no-code website builder round out the authoring side. Recording tools include video, audio and screen capture, with file sharing, URL shortening and QR code generation for distribution. The platform is aimed at teachers, schools and teacher trainers rather than general consumers, which shows in two details. Everything is described as GDPR compliant, and fobizz Shared Spaces give students their own access to the AI Chat, Character Chat, PDF Chat, Image Generator, Text Editor and multimedia tools without student registration; data is deleted automatically after 24 hours. That makes it viable for schools that cannot let pupils create accounts elsewhere. Against general assistants, fobizz trades breadth for context: prompts, assistants and tools are written around lesson planning, differentiation and classroom materials rather than generic productivity. The cost is that its AI features are scoped to teaching tasks.
