The agent replies to leads on WhatsApp, Messenger and web chat, qualifies them, and books appointments. In practice the workflow assumes the agency already generates leads. Once a lead arrives, the agent reaches out within seconds, holds the conversation, scores intent, routes hot prospects, and offers real calendar slots that are written back to the calendar. Other described functions include reminders on the same channel to reduce no-shows, reactivating dormant conversations, round-the-clock customer care in any language, and longer-term nurturing until a lead is ready to book.
