JobInterview.coach is a practice environment for job interviews. It takes a job ad and a CV as inputs and builds a question set weighted to the role, the seniority level and the language the company itself uses in the posting. Sessions run about ten minutes. Candidates answer out loud, on camera or by voice only, while an AI interviewer pushes back with follow-up questions in the way a panel would. Each answer is transcribed and graded on three axes: structure (does the answer land on a result or trail off), evidence (the numbers and specifics a hiring manager would repeat to colleagues) and delivery (pace, filler words, pauses). The feedback is the part that separates it from a list of common questions. A scored transcript flags the two strongest lines in a session and names the single habit to fix before the next rep. Answers are also rewritten beside the candidate's own words so the difference in phrasing is audible. Progress is tracked across sessions, so repeated practice shows up as a movement in score rather than a vague feeling of improvement.
