Kontentino's Social Media Planner for ChatGPT brings the company's established social media calendar into a ChatGPT conversation. Instead of drafting posts in a chat and then pasting them into a spreadsheet or scheduling tool, users describe what they need, whether a single post or a full month of content across several channels, and the planner converts the thread into a visual calendar. The product is currently in a Wave 1 beta, with access granted through a waitlist and invitations sent out in small groups. The workflow has three stages. First, the content from the ChatGPT thread becomes a clean calendar where text can be edited, images swapped and posts reorganized into a usable plan. Second, the calendar can be sent for approval, refined and reviewed with collaborators without leaving ChatGPT. Third, the finished plan is either exported to CSV or Google Sheets, or published to social platforms through Kontentino itself. The aim is to remove the copy-paste handoff between an AI chat and the tools that actually schedule content. The beta targets social media professionals, agencies, creators and early adopters who already use ChatGPT heavily for content ideation. Kontentino states that more than 6,000 social media teams use its core platform, and the page lists agency and brand names such as BBDO, McCann, Ogilvy, Telekom, Acer and Nescafé, along with review scores from G2, Capterra and GetApp. Those figures describe the established Kontentino product rather than this new integration, which is still unreleased to the public. Among alternatives, the planner sits between general-purpose chat assistants that only produce text and standalone social schedulers that require manual input. Its distinguishing feature is that the calendar and approval flow live in the chat itself, while publishing relies on a Kontentino account. Teams that want a finished, generally available product may prefer to wait for the public launch, since beta features and terms can change.
