Learn moreA text-based personal assistant that triages inboxes, books, buys and calls

Pally is a messaging-based personal assistant that works over iMessage, WhatsApp or Telegram. It triages email, briefs you each morning, researches the web, books and buys with approval, and makes phone calls, using the apps you choose to connect.
Pally is a personal assistant that lives in a text thread. Users message it over iMessage, WhatsApp or Telegram, and it handles everyday personal and work tasks without a separate app to open. It reads and summarizes inboxes, drafts replies, tracks follow-ups, sets reminders, researches the live web, and keeps a running memory of the people, plans and details that matter to the user. The tool connects to a long list of services, including iMessage, WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Google Calendar, Drive, Notion, Linear, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Todoist, Granola and X. A read-only bank link can answer money questions, and a secure browser session lets it sign into almost any website without Pally seeing passwords or codes. Users choose which connections to turn on, and Pally only works with what has been connected. Custom integrations can be added, and an MCP server lets AI apps such as Claude hold Pally conversations directly. In practice, the appeal is in the ready-made recipes: a morning brief text, an inbox triage, catch-ups for busy group chats, flight finding and flight-day alerts, price-drop watching, pre-meeting briefs, receipt filing and quote hunting. Pally can also phone businesses to get quotes or book a table, and users can call it by voice. Custom automations can fire when something happens, such as a landlord emailing. Control is a central design choice. Messages to other people, purchases and calendar invites are shown word for word and only go out after the user approves. Purchases are paid with a single-use virtual card capped at the approved amount. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and can be viewed, edited or deleted at any time. Among alternatives, Pally sits between chat assistants and inbox-focused productivity tools. Its distinguishing traits are the messaging-first interface, the breadth of connections and its ability to act on the web and by phone. It suits people who live in their message threads and want delegation more than a chatbot. A phone that can text or a Telegram account is required, and calls and a dedicated number need a linked phone.
