What is PilotPost?

PilotPost is a content writing tool. PilotPost interviews you about your opinions and style, builds a voice profile, and then writes and publishes three to five LinkedIn posts a week automatically. It targets solo professionals and agencies, with a 14-day trial.

PilotPost is a LinkedIn content service for freelancers, consultants, coaches and other solo experts who know they should post regularly but have no time to write. Instead of reading a website to guess a tone, it runs a structured interview about opinions, phrases, storytelling habits and topics to avoid, then builds a Brand Voice Profile that every later draft is written from. Users can also supply up to 100 past posts for additional analysis. In practice the flow is short. A visitor answers a set of voice questions, sees five sample posts, and decides whether to continue. Once subscribed, the service writes three to five posts per week and publishes them to LinkedIn at times when the audience is online. Full autopilot is the default, so no weekly approval is needed, though an optional Review Mode adds one-click batch approval. During the first two weeks every post is held for review (shadow mode), each post passes a brand safety check against forbidden topics, and posting can be paused from the dashboard at any time. Beyond generation, the product bundles several supporting tools: style dials for directness, humor, formality and emojis, trending topic suggestions to pick from, ten-slide carousels, live scoring of hooks and closings, three draft replies for each comment, image attachments of up to nine per post, and a monthly performance report on higher plans. Instagram is supported alongside LinkedIn, with Twitter/X and TikTok listed as planned. PilotPost sits between two extremes. Human ghostwriters and per-post freelancers cost far more and need ongoing input, while general chat assistants are cheap but leave the user to prompt, edit and publish by hand. Its closest comparison is the scheduling category, though PilotPost handles the writing as well as the delivery. Plans run from a single-profile Starter tier up to multi-profile Agency and Team options, and the voice data can be exported. Claims about authenticity come from the vendor and are worth testing during the trial.
