Ace AI is a communication tool. Ace AI (Follow Up Ace) is a Follow Up Boss add-on for real estate teams. It scores contacts, ranks who to call next and drafts SMS and email follow-ups in the agent's voice, available in the CRM sidebar, an iPhone app, Claude and ChatGPT.

Ace AI, sold as Follow Up Ace, is an assistant for real estate agents and teams that run their business in the Follow Up Boss CRM. It reads contact context from the CRM, scores the contacts in the database, and tells each agent who to reach next and why. For each of those people it prepares an SMS or email draft written in the agent's saved voice, which the agent reviews before anything is sent. In practice the tool works on several surfaces that share one memory. A chat panel sits in the Follow Up Boss sidebar, an iPhone app (iOS 15 and later) opens on the next person to work with a draft already written, and a browser-based Companion offers a ranked queue. Pro seats can also connect Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients to a server that exposes 189 actions, such as fetching people or creating tasks. A speed-to-lead flow starts a five-minute timer when a Zillow lead arrives, alerts the assigned agent and escalates if the lead sits unattended. Drafts draw on notes, activity records, remembered contact preferences and configured team knowledge, and automated sends are checked against a set of Fair Housing patterns. Beyond follow-up, the product adds a layer of client-facing pages and team analytics. Lead Magnets are hosted report pages and open house sign-ins that push captured leads back into the CRM. Client Packets, agent profile pages, referral tracking and a monthly Home Almanac cover the period after a deal closes. An account-wide add-on called Ace Trove writes scoring fields into the CRM and gives brokers a queue of at-risk deals priced in estimated commission. The audience is clear: solo agents, team agents, ISAs and team leads who already depend on Follow Up Boss. Generic AI writing tools lack that CRM grounding, and the enterprise real estate AI platforms the vendor compares itself against cost far more per month. Anyone on a different CRM will find little reason to adopt it, because nearly every feature assumes Follow Up Boss data.
