ASUS Zenni Claw is a beta agentic AI app for supported ASUS Copilot+ PCs on Windows 11. It offers guided setup, ready-made skills for work, life and travel, hybrid local and cloud processing, and built-in safety controls.
ASUS Zenni Claw is a desktop agentic AI application from ASUS, aimed at people who want to try AI agents without wrestling with configuration. It is offered as beta software for supported ASUS devices, and the company describes it as designed for supported Copilot+ PCs running Windows 11. Availability varies by region and device configuration, and it is not offered in Mainland China. The pitch centers on a guided setup and a library of ready-to-use ASUS skills. Rather than facing an empty prompt box, a user picks a workflow built for a practical scenario and works through it step by step, reviewing results before moving on. The skills are grouped by area: Work, Life, Travel, Creator and System. Life Assistant covers morning briefings, interest-based news, outdoor gear planning and group dining recommendations. Travel Assistant monitors flight options, builds itineraries and surfaces local experiences beyond the usual tourist spots. Work Assistant organizes meeting notes and action items, follows industry updates and produces editable presentation drafts. Processing can run in two modes. Hybrid mode combines local and cloud AI, trading off performance, privacy and API cost, while Cloud-only mode relies on cloud processing for machines that cannot meet the higher local-processing requirements. Local model experiences may need stronger system specifications. ASUS also says the product includes safety controls meant to protect users as agents touch tools, files and workflows. Among alternatives, Zenni Claw sits closer to a vendor-bundled personal assistant than to an open, general-purpose agent framework. Its value depends on owning compatible ASUS hardware, which narrows the audience but removes much of the setup burden for those who qualify. ASUS says the software is planned to be free, though heavier cloud model usage may depend on the user's own API setup or token consumption. Because it is still in beta, features and availability may change.
