Blastra is a managed service that claims, builds and maintains SaaS listings across 28 software directories such as G2, Capterra and Trustpilot, with a status dashboard and a focus on visibility in AI answers.
Blastra is a managed service for software companies that want accurate, complete profiles on the review sites and business directories buyers consult, including the sources that AI answer engines tend to cite. Instead of handing teams a checklist, it takes over the tedious work of finding, claiming, submitting and updating listings across 28 software and business directories such as G2, Capterra, SourceForge, TrustRadius, Trustpilot, PeerSpot, Crunchbase and AlternativeTo. The workflow starts with a scan. After sign-up, Blastra reports where a product already appears, which profiles exist but are unclaimed, and which directories have no listing at all. The site illustrates this with a sample result showing one listing found, two unclaimed and five missing. The customer then approves a scope, and Blastra's team does the submissions, builds out each listing in full, writes it with AI answer visibility in mind, and deals with verification steps and support tickets. Progress appears in a dashboard that holds listings, credentials and statuses such as live, awaiting, in progress, pending or escalated. Notifications arrive when a listing goes live or needs the customer's input. Competitor presence is monitored alongside the customer's own, and owners can keep working on their own or let Blastra manage everything. The pitch rests on a practical point: directory work resists automation, because every platform has its own verification rules and interface quirks. Blastra positions itself against doing it in-house, where the task keeps slipping, and against hiring an agency, which usually means briefing someone and receiving a spreadsheet of logins afterwards. The homepage describes the service as human-level work priced like software, with listings going live within one to three weeks. It suits SaaS founders, marketing leads and small teams that lack time to chase directory profiles but want better placement in buyer research and in generated answers. Customers named on the site include Files.com, QRCodeStack and Threekit. A free name generator, Namelab, is also offered as a side tool. Pricing is not shown on the homepage.
