BurkettOpti is a marketing tool. DealFlow by BurkettOpti is an AI sales pipeline for B2B teams that links ICP analysis, lead sourcing and enrichment, a CRM and pre-call research dossiers on one shared data layer, with a free tier and paid plans from $99/month.
BurkettOpti is the company behind DealFlow, an AI sales pipeline aimed at B2B teams that are tired of stitching together a prospecting tool, a CRM and an outreach platform. Instead of separate subscriptions, DealFlow groups four modules on one shared data layer: ICPOpti for defining the ideal buyer, LeadsOpti for sourcing and enriching contacts, CRMOpti for managing deals and outreach, and SalesOpti for preparing calls. The workflow starts in ICPOpti, where a company domain or description produces an Ideal Client Profile with an Opti-Score, tech stack, revenue and hiring signals. LeadsOpti reads that profile directly and generates leads scored against the stated criteria, filling in firmographic and contact data through a waterfall that falls through multiple data providers when one comes up empty. Enriched leads then land in CRMOpti, where the AI suggests next steps for each deal based on stage, recent activity and contact role. SalesOpti adds pre-call dossiers built by a deep-research engine called the PRT, which can take up to ten minutes per run, plus drafted first-touch emails and LinkedIn intro messages that the user edits and sends. The product is written for revenue operations leads, sales development reps, account executives and founders who run sales themselves. Onboarding is described as quick, with nothing to install and no schema to design. Existing leads, contacts and accounts can be brought in by CSV, and every object can be exported the same way. Integrations mentioned include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zapier, though the FAQ describes the Zapier connection as early access. Among alternatives, DealFlow sits between a conventional CRM, which acts as a destination for data gathered elsewhere, and a stack of point tools for prospecting, enrichment and engagement. A free tier is offered, with paid plans starting at $99 per month for higher limits and team features. Buyers who need a mature, deeply customizable CRM may find a younger all-in-one platform less proven.
