DashJob AI is a job search toolkit built around two connected engines. The first is a resume optimizer that parses an uploaded CV (PDF, Word or plain text), extracts a structured career profile, and rewrites the document with ATS keyword coverage, quantified achievements and a tone calibrated to the target seniority level. It also produces resume variants aimed at specific roles.
