What is GoodLads?

GoodLads analyzes the last 30 days of a Google Ads account and proposes ROAS and CPA hypotheses. Ideas run as experiments or paused ads, apply only on approval, and are tracked on a kanban board to a statistical verdict.

GoodLads is an optimization layer for Google Ads accounts that spend roughly €10K to €250K a month. It connects to an account, reads the last 30 days of performance for every campaign, and writes hypotheses aimed at ROAS or CPA. Each hypothesis names the signal found in the account's own data, the change it proposes, and the metric movement it predicts, so a reviewer can judge the reasoning before anything is applied. In practice the product works as a loop. An account overview sizes every campaign by spend and colors it against the account average, a daily feed ranks ideas by the campaign and spend at stake, and each idea arrives as the least risky lever available. That means a proper Google Ads experiment where the channel allows one, a new paused ad where it does not, and a clearly marked live edit (orange, with a two-step confirm) only for the few levers with no safer form, such as an App campaign bid target or a blocking negative keyword. Nothing reaches Google Ads until a specific hypothesis is approved, and there is no autopilot mode. Hypotheses move across a kanban board from proposed to scheduled, live and completed. Finished tests report lift versus control, a p-value and a plain verdict, and a winner can be promoted to the live campaign in one click while a loser is retired. Changes it ships are described as reversible. The tool is aimed at in-house advertisers and agencies running meaningful budgets, with a separate agency plan covering up to 10 accounts at a flat price. It can also be used from Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or Codex over MCP. Among alternatives, it sits between generic Google Ads recommendation panels, which tend to push live edits, and full managed-service agencies. Its distinguishing choice is treating each change as a measured experiment with a statistical verdict, which suits teams that value evidence over automation, though it is narrowly focused on Google Ads and does not cover other ad networks.

  4. 4Apply a hypothesis with one click
Choose an idea and deploy it as an experiment or a new paused ad. Live edits are marked in orange and ask for a second confirmation.
  5. 5Track the verdict and decide
Follow the hypothesis across the board to completion. Promote a winner to the live campaign in one click or retire a loser.
