What is JobShifu?
JobShifu is a job search platform that pulls postings from employer career sites, scores fit against a reusable Vault of confirmed experience, tailors resumes with cited sources, autofills applications through a Chrome extension and tracks every application.
JobShifu combines job discovery, resume tailoring, application autofill and tracking in one account. Its index draws postings directly from employer career sites and applicant tracking systems, and the site says it crawls more than 10,000 employer boards. Jobs can be browsed without signing up, and each listing is pre-analyzed so requirements are extracted and tagged before a visitor opens it. The central idea is the Vault, a reusable master record of confirmed experience with no page limit. When a user opens a job, JobShifu compares the requirements with their background and shows a Fit score, a Readiness score and a breakdown of domain experience, keywords and requirements. Gaps can be confirmed with a tap, which adds the fact to the Vault. Tailored resumes are then built only from confirmed facts: every line cites its source, and lines without one are removed before review. Users accept, edit or reject each change. A Calibration check also flags wording problems such as inflated scope, and the vendor notes that a valid source does not guarantee an accurate sentence. Applications are handled by a Chrome extension that fills contact details, screener questions and the tailored resume on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and 20+ other ATS platforms. It stops before Submit, so the applicant reviews every field and sends the form personally. A kanban-style tracker holds Saved, Applied, Interview and Offer stages, and each card keeps the exact tailored resume version, identified by a short three-character code. Shifu, the built-in assistant, runs searches, opens the tailoring tool, updates the tracker and fills forms through approval cards. JobShifu suits active job seekers who want accuracy and control over volume. It sits between generic chatbots, which lack personal context, and fully autonomous apply bots, which it explicitly rejects in favor of a human in the loop. Exports use a single-column, ATS-friendly layout with a plain-text preview.

4Install the Chrome extension
Add the free extension to autofill applications from your Vault and capture postings from any careers page.
5Review autofilled fields and submit
Check every filled field on the employer's form, then press Submit yourself. Blank fields are left for you to complete.
6Track applications on the board
Drag each job across Saved, Applied, Interview and Offer. Each card keeps the exact tailored resume version that was sent.
