You upload an MP3, WAV, or m4a file (or record live at the table), and the service produces a speaker-labelled transcript, a TL;DR with key events and character beats, and a note for every NPC, location, and plot thread mentioned. Those notes are cross-linked with backlinks and a local graph, so the innkeeper who appeared six sessions ago has a name, a portrait, and a place in the world. The workflow is built for game masters who run the game rather than take notes. A four-hour recording typically returns a recap in about ten minutes, according to the site, and the language is detected from the audio so recaps and headings are written in the same language the table speaks. Support covers 30+ languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Nothing is locked in automatically: every recap and note stays editable, so you correct names, cut what never happened, and keep the version the table agrees on.
