Sprout is an AI job search tool that finds roles, writes tailored resumes and cover letters, submits applications and tracks every status in one dashboard, on the web and in a mobile app.
Sprout is an AI job search assistant that covers the whole loop of finding roles, preparing application materials, submitting them and keeping score afterward. Instead of sending a user to one site for listings, another for resume edits and a spreadsheet for follow-ups, it puts discovery, document writing, applying and tracking into a single account. The core promise is that each application is built around the candidate's own experience rather than a generic template. In practice, a job seeker builds a profile, browses suggested roles and answers a short set of questions so the system understands their background and preferences. Sprout then drafts the resume and cover letter for a chosen role and can submit the application on the user's behalf. The interface borrows from card-style swiping: a role marked as a match moves into an "AI Applying" state, and the dashboard separates Jobs, Applications and Profile views. Each application carries a status such as applied, email received, interview scheduled, awaiting response, offer or rejected, plus a last activity note, so nothing sits forgotten in an inbox. The audience is broad. The sample dashboard shows roles in engineering, design, product, finance, marketing and operations, and the testimonials come from interns, analysts and full-time hires, so it is aimed at general job seekers rather than one profession. It is most relevant to people applying in volume who are tired of re-entering the same details, rewriting cover letters and losing track of where they have applied. Sprout runs as a web app, which was announced as a recent launch, and as a mobile app with a 4.8 out of 5 rating on the App Store. The company says more than 750,000 job seekers use it and that it saves over 20 hours a week, figures that come from its own marketing. Among alternatives, it sits between standalone resume builders, application trackers and auto-apply bots: it is more integrated than any of those, though that convenience means handing over a good deal of control to automation.
