Learn moreTime tracking, invoices and contracts for Claude via one MCP URL

Accordio MCP is an accounting tool. Accordio MCP connects Claude and other agents to time tracking, clients, invoices and contracts through one remote URL. Claude reads real tracked hours and drafts invoices, while sending, signing and deleting stay out of reach.
Accordio MCP is a remote connector that gives Claude and other MCP-capable agents access to the back-office data of a freelancer or small firm. Through a single URL, an agent can read tracked hours, list clients and projects, pull unbilled totals and prepare drafts of invoices and contracts. The homepage cites 44 tools behind that one address, and the same connector works in Claude, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes and ChatGPT. The practical loop starts with a Mac tracker that records apps, meetings and documents on its own. Claude then reads those hours when asked, for example what was worked on today and what remains unbilled, and can turn the answer into a draft invoice priced from the user's rates. Each draft links back into Accordio, where the user reviews the lines and sends it personally. The tracker is open source under the MIT license, so people can inspect what it captures and what leaves the machine. The permission model is the most distinctive part. Read-only tools such as tracked time, client lists and unbilled totals can be set to always allow, while drafting tools for invoices and contracts require approval each time. Sending, signing and deleting are not exposed through the connector at all. Access runs through scoped OAuth and can be revoked in settings. The free tier covers automatic Mac tracking, questions about the day in Claude, and manual categorization and timesheets driven by prompts. The paid Legend plan adds Accordio's own AI for automatic attribution, invoice drafts, contracts with e-signatures, forms, a scheduler and a meeting recorder, plus a chat agent reachable on WhatsApp, Telegram and Slack. It suits solo consultants, founders, designers and one-person agencies who already work in Claude and want admin handled by conversation. Compared with standalone tools such as Toggl, Harvest, Bonsai or HoneyBook, it trades a dashboard-first workflow for a chat-first one, and it depends on the wider Accordio platform for anything beyond tracking.
