What is AISA?

AISA is a chat-based assessment that interviews you about real AI use, then issues a 0 to 100 AI Fluency Score, persona, detailed report and a free LinkedIn-ready certificate. A teams edition adds fluency analytics for employers.

AISA is a conversational assessment that measures how well a person actually works with AI. Rather than serving multiple-choice questions, it puts the user in a chat with an assistant named Aisa, who asks what they have really done with AI tools, follows up on claims the way an interviewer would, and mixes in mini-games and short challenges. The session runs 20 to 40 minutes, and the report is generated in roughly three minutes after finishing. Results land on a 0 to 100 scale split into five tiers, from Emerging to Expert, and each person is also assigned a persona such as Dabbler, Copy-Paster, Enthusiast, Builder or Architect. Scoring is built around a published rubric of 11 criteria grouped into five dimensions: Prompting and Communication, Critical Thinking, Technical Understanding, Workflow and Application, and Safety and Responsibility. Every score is tied to a quote from the person's own conversation, sessions are checked for answers that are not the candidate's own, and a second model reviews the transcript before results are released. The site reports that most people retaking the assessment land in the same or an adjacent tier, and that its rubric overlaps heavily with Anthropic's AI fluency markers. These figures come from the vendor and are not independently verified here. Individuals can take the assessment, receive the full report and earn a verifiable certificate that can be added to LinkedIn at no cost. Paid extras are optional: a one-time AI Fluency Map, a WhatsApp-based AI coach and a bundle, plus paid credits for retakes. The assessment can be taken in many languages. A separate teams offering targets employers. It interviews staff individually and rolls the results into analytics showing fluency by team, the weakest skills and where training should focus, with re-assessment afterward to show progress. Compared with static quizzes, self-rating surveys or generic training platforms, AISA sits closer to a structured behavioural interview, which suits HR, learning and development teams and professionals who want a benchmark of their own AI skills.
