A Topics feature groups related sessions so Hedy can connect what was said across meetings and prepare the user before the next one. Live transcription and coaching cover more than 30 languages. In practice, privacy is a central part of the design. Speech recognition runs on the device by default, and audio stays there unless cloud sync or sharing is switched on. No bot joins the call, which removes the awkwardness of a visible recorder. Cloud analysis processes transcript content in memory without storing it or training models on it, and capable hardware can run the full pipeline offline through Local AI Processing. Users can also pick European data storage and AI routing during onboarding. Hedy runs natively on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows, with a web app and an Apple Watch companion, and a single subscription covers every platform. A free plan includes the first 30 minutes of live suggestions in each session, while Pro raises that to 120 minutes and adds unlimited sessions, sharing, recap emails, export, API access, webhooks and integrations such as Zapier.
