What is MagicForm?

   Sign up to MagicForm using your e-mail address
2. 2Fill out form

   Fill out the form after signing up. Give MagicForm your phone number, first name, business name, website URL, and how many leads you currently collect per day on average.
3. 3Create new agent

   The first thing to do after your setup is to create a new agent. Just hit the "Create New Agent" button and let's go!
4. 4Upload data

   Hit the "Upload tab" in the top navbar and either enter the website URL to scan or upload txt, pdf, docx, or CSV documents. This step is needed to give the agent data for context. If you skip this part the agent will have no info about your site/product. I'm uploading a pdf about aiwizard.
5. 5Configure your agent

   Now it's time to configure the agent. Hit "Configure" in the top navbar. First slide the creativity throttle. You can go from "Restricted to knowledge base only" to "Magic Mode", which gives the agent much more creativity. Then set your intro message, and fallback message, and ask a few custom questions. Then you can set the agent's personality & purpose. We will leave it to the default friendly customer experience AI personality. The purpose is to gather information and steer the user toward the Call To Action. You can also enter a custom Call To Action and add additional instructions.
6. 6Review agent

   Time to test out the agent! In the "Review" tab you can check out the conversations the agent has already had, see the library of your MagicForm account and test the agent out in the playground. Here you see me having a quick chat with the agent about what aiwizard is.
7. 7Deploy

   Time to deploy your agent! Choose your style, color, size, and pop-up delay. You can also set the title, subtitle & placeholder. A good idea is to also add an icon image. You can easily embed your agent to your website by copying the embed code. Note: You can only deploy to the public after upgrading to Basic Plan ($20 / month).

• How much does MagicForm cost?

  The basic plan is $20 / month and gets you 1 agent, 50 chats per month, upgraded knowledge storage, and auto email follow-ups. The pro plan is $99 / month and has 3 agents, 250 chats per month, and CRM integrations. The enterprise plan is $249 / month and has a white-labeled widget, unlimited agents, unlimited chats, and the founder's cell phone number.

  The starter plan is free, which gets you the no-code AI trainer, 1 agent, web scan + doc upload, and the conversation simulator.
