Resume Now

Resume Now is a web-based resume builder with ATS-friendly templates and AI-written bullet points. Users can import an old resume, generate or enhance work history text, and download it, with a matching cover letter tool included.

Resume Now is a browser-based resume builder that pairs a library of templates with AI-generated wording. A user describes a role, skill or responsibility in a few words, and the tool returns suggested bullet points for the work experience section. Existing text can also be run through an "Enhance this" option, which rewrites a rough line into a cleaner, more professional one. Examples on the homepage show the pattern: a loosely phrased duty about screening patients becomes a tighter past-tense statement. The product is aimed at job seekers of all levels, from students writing a first resume to experienced professionals updating an old one. Templates are grouped into creative, simple and modern styles, and the site says they are built to pass applicant tracking systems so the document reaches a human reader. An import option lets people start from an existing resume instead of a blank page, and the builder works from a phone as well as a computer. In practice the flow has three stages: pick a template, fill in sections with AI-assisted content, then download and send. Common file formats such as Word and PDF are listed, and users can keep unlimited resume versions and try different templates. The free tier lets someone build a resume and download it as plain text, with premium templates available on upgrade. Beyond the builder, the site offers a matching cover letter generator, CV and cover letter examples, resume examples by profession, a resume review page and a library of career guides written by certified resume writers. Among alternatives, Resume Now sits with mainstream template-driven builders rather than design tools or general chatbots. Its strengths are guided structure, ready-made phrasing and a large content library around the builder. The AI is focused on resume wording, so it suits people who want help with phrasing and layout more than deep customization or job-specific tailoring workflows.
