Sign Customiser is sign selling and sign design software for businesses that make custom signs and want to sell them online. It adds a product designer to an existing store, where a shopper picks text, fonts, colours and size, sees a photo-realistic preview, and gets a live price without waiting for a staffer to reply. The result is either a checkout or a quote request, and the order arrives with the details a production team needs. The tool covers many sign formats: LED neon, channel letters, lightboxes, wood board and wood letter signs, stencils, laser-cut metal and braille. Shop owners configure pricing rules, backboards and materials, shipping logic based on volumetric weight or flat parcels, multiple currencies and languages, and uploaded fonts alongside Google's library. Workflows can send manufacturer emails and export production-ready SVG and EPS/AI files, which cuts the redrawing that normally follows a customer mockup. A newer AI Sign Designer lets a customer upload a logo, photo or sketch and receive a neon design inside the customiser. The output is traced as an SVG vector and checked against the widest size the shop sells, and a credit is spent only when a design is delivered. For teams that automate their back office, an MCP server and an API expose customisers, options, pricing, orders, quotes, webhooks and analytics to AI agents, so bulk changes such as a pricing increase can be validated with a dry run and then applied. It is built for sign shops, neon sign sellers and fabricators rather than general designers, and it integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Wix, Etsy, Squarespace and Webflow. Compared with generic product-option apps or estimating spreadsheets, it focuses on sign-specific geometry, material costing and production output.
