What is Wavos?

Wavos is an instagram comments tool. Wavos connects Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP agent to a social scheduling and comment automation backend. Posts are queued from chat or uploaded manually, then published with optional first comments and keyword-triggered DM replies on Instagram and LinkedIn, with unlimited contacts on a flat monthly plan.

Wavos is a social media scheduling and engagement automation service built around a single idea: content gets made in an AI assistant, and Wavos handles everything after that. It connects to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible agent as a connector, so prompts that finish an image, carousel or caption can be followed by a scheduling command without leaving the chat. Wavos then publishes at the chosen time, maintains a calendar of queued posts, and can attach a first comment automatically. Manual uploads and scheduling inside the Wavos app work too, so the AI connector is optional rather than compulsory. The second half of the product is comment-to-DM automation. A creator defines a keyword, for example FREE, along with a public reply and a private message containing a link or lead magnet. When someone comments that word on an Instagram, X or TikTok post, Wavos posts the public reply and sends the DM automatically. Contacts, DMs and comment replies are unlimited on the plan rather than metered, which is the main commercial argument against per-contact tools like ManyChat. Wavos also states that automation runs within Instagram's official API limits with rate controls and human-like timing. It suits solo creators, small businesses and social media managers who already draft content in an AI assistant and want the publishing step absorbed into that conversation. Teams with several accounts per client will feel the ceiling quickly: Pro covers two connected accounts, one user seat and Instagram and LinkedIn publishing. X and TikTok are listed as coming soon, and the keyword automation copy references those networks while publishing support does not yet extend to them. Anyone whose workflow depends on TikTok or X scheduling should treat that as a gap, not a roadmap promise. The free prompt and skill guides (an Instagram carousel skill, Claude animation prompts) lower the entry cost but are content resources, not product features.

How do you use Wavos?

  1. 1Skim the free content resources first
The resource library holds prompt packs and a reusable Claude skill for branded Instagram carousels, each with a step-by-step guide. They cost nothing and can be used before deciding on a plan.

  2. 2Start the trial and connect your social accounts
Sign up for the 7-day trial without a credit card, then link the Instagram or LinkedIn accounts you want Wavos to publish to. Pro covers two accounts.
  3. 3Add Wavos as a connector in your AI assistant
In Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, add a custom connector using the Wavos server URL and approve the connection when prompted. No code is involved.
  4. 4Create content, then schedule it in the chat
Build the carousel, image or caption in your assistant, then ask it to schedule the post through Wavos for a specific platform and time. The post appears in the Wavos calendar.
  5. 5Set up a keyword comment automation
In the Wavos app, choose a trigger keyword, write the public comment reply and the private message with your link, then activate the rule. It responds automatically from that point on.
  6. 6Use the carousel skill for repeatable posts
Set your brand name, handle, niche and accent colour once in the skill, then hand Claude a topic to generate slides and a caption, ready to schedule through Wavos.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Scheduling posts directly from Claude or ChatGPT removes the download and re-upload steps between creating and publishingAI
  • Unlimited contacts, DMs and comment replies means a viral post does not inflate the monthly billAI
  • Keyword comment to DM automation setup is simple enough to do without technical helpAI
  • Manual upload and scheduling work without any AI connector, so the assistant is not mandatoryAI
  • Free reusable guides, including a Claude carousel skill, give a starting point for content creationAI

Cons

  • Publishing is limited to Instagram and LinkedIn, and the comment automation text mentions X and TikTok while those networks are still marked as coming soonAI
  • Pro includes only two connected accounts and a single user account, which is tight for agencies or multi-brand operatorsAI
  • The $5 monthly rate is a launch price for the first 25 customers, so the regular $29 figure is the number to plan aroundAI
  • LinkedIn comment automation is not spelled out, and keyword DM flows read as an Instagram-first featureAI
  • Verification of the API safety claims is left to the user; there is no published detail on rate limits or review processAI
