SuggestReply is a macOS application that pairs two marketing tasks in one place: producing social media posts and joining relevant online conversations with replies that point back to your business. It was built by business owners who found that shipping a product was easier than promoting it, and the design reflects that background. Rather than a dashboard you log into, it installs on your machine and works alongside your normal browsing. The first capability generates ready-to-share posts tuned to your audience and the channel you plan to publish on. The second scans for discussions where your product could plausibly add value, then drafts replies written with that thread's context in mind and shaped to match your brand voice. You can let replies be generated automatically or review each one before posting, and scanning can be paused whenever you want. Everything is published through your own social profiles, so there are no throwaway accounts involved. The privacy model is the main differentiator. The app and its scanning run locally, so your browsing data is not processed in the cloud; only the AI requests go out to the language model provider.
