Webotee AI Connect is an MCP server that gives Claude and ChatGPT access to a pre-collected dataset about the seller side of Amazon. Instead of guessing who wins a listing, the assistant calls read-only tools and reads back observed buy-box history, seller networks, brand exposure and niche competition. Coverage spans eleven Amazon marketplaces plus Walmart US, with Amazon US as the default. The audience is marketplace operators: wholesale buyers, online and retail arbitrage sellers, private-label founders, dropshippers and brand owners. Typical questions include who has held the buy box on a given ASIN since December 2024, which operators dominate a brand, which brands a particular seller carries, and which sub-categories have thin multi-seller competition. A brand owner can connect a store and ask where products are undercut, who breaks MAP pricing and which sellers are unauthorized. Saved playbooks such as Brand Watch and New-Brand Radar run on a daily or weekly schedule and deliver a digest. In practice, setup means adding a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT, pasting the Webotee MCP URL and signing in through OAuth. After that, plain-language prompts are enough, and the assistant decides which tools to call. Each tool call counts against a daily allowance that depends on the plan. A free Chrome extension, Webotee Scout, scores Amazon and Walmart pages while browsing and builds a watchlist that can be queried in a single call. The data is historical and pre-collected, not a live feed, and the connector cannot browse, buy or edit listings. Webotee positions it as complementary to Seller Central style connectors, which expose only an account's own orders, inventory and ads. Against sales-estimate tools, its emphasis is seller-level observation: who actually wins and who is linked to whom.
