NEO ships with foundational autonomy and expands over time. For jobs it does not know, an Expert Mode lets a remote 1X operator supervise the robot at a scheduled time, guiding it through the task while it learns. A built in large language model drives conversation, backed by visual, spatial and audio understanding plus memory for personalized responses. The Emotive Ear Rings signal state such as battery and attention. Interaction happens in two places.
