What is OpenParser AI?

OpenParser AI is a legal tool. OpenParser AI answers questions across uploaded files, connected drives, websites and SQL databases with openable citations, and runs prebuilt Agents that produce work products like risk registers and gap reports. It targets regulated teams and offers cloud or on-premises deployment.

OpenParser AI is a document intelligence platform that answers questions about a team's own files, websites and SQL databases, and attaches a reference to each answer so the reader can open the source and check it. Where a source cannot support a claim, the system says so instead of filling the gap from model memory. It is aimed at regulated teams such as legal, compliance, real estate, finance and executive offices, and it is built by Innovatix Technology Partners, a company that has delivered document and communications systems for insurance, financial services and healthcare since 2003. In practice the workflow has three stages. Content is connected by direct upload or through Google Drive, SharePoint, a SQL database or any website URL, with auto-sync keeping indexed material current. Common formats such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and CSV are read. The engine then indexes and reasons across all sources at once, using Llama by default or another model the organization has approved, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral or a custom endpoint. Finally, users either ask a question and receive a cited answer, or run an Agent that produces a finished work product such as a risk register, a compliance gap report or a validated invoice batch. The Agents library is a central part of the offer. Pre-built Agents cover document Q&A, contract and legal review, compliance and privacy checks, spreadsheet and data quality, and content transformation such as executive summaries. Teams can also build their own. Typical prompts include finding contracts that auto-renew before a given date, listing leases with upcoming notice deadlines, or checking invoices against purchase orders. Security and deployment options are positioned for enterprise buyers: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, SSO, full audit logs, and the choice of hosted SaaS, on-premises servers or a private cloud. Compared with general-purpose assistants such as ChatGPT or Copilot, the pitch is verifiability, permission awareness and model choice rather than open-ended conversation. It sits closer to enterprise document-search and contract-analysis products than to consumer chat tools.
