AI Arch Generator is a design tool that turns sketches, CAD exports and photos into HD architecture renders. A web tool that turns sketches, CAD exports, photos or prompts into photorealistic architecture and interior renders in about 30 seconds, with virtual staging, templates and GLB mesh export.
AI Arch Generator is a browser-based rendering tool that converts sketches, CAD exports, photos or text prompts into photorealistic architectural and interior images. Its central pitch is fidelity: the render is meant to keep the massing, glazing and layout of the uploaded design instead of inventing a new building from a blank prompt. A typical full-quality render takes about 30 seconds, with a quicker preview of roughly five seconds beforehand. The product is split into two working modes inside one app. Pro Mode targets architects and interior designers who want free-form prompts of up to 2000 characters, a modular keyword panel for material, lighting, environment and camera, and batch iteration tracked in a version tree. Template Mode targets realtors, students and casual users, offering more than 50 curated prompts, ten built-in style presets and fill-in-the-blank guided prompts. Users can switch between the modes, and history carries across. Virtual staging is the featured use case. A user uploads a photo of an empty room, picks a style and receives a staged image, with output cropped to 16:9 for listings. The site claims savings of $20 to $45 per photo against traditional staging. Separate studios exist for architecture and interior design. Output goes beyond flat images. Enhanced HD renders come in PNG, JPG or WebP at about 4.2 megapixels on the main path, and up to 4K from sketches. A newer stage exports a GLB preview mesh that opens in glTF viewers such as Blender, SketchUp or model-viewer, and in AR-capable browsers. Paid plans include a commercial license and watermark-free output. Among alternatives, it sits between general image generators, which tend to reinterpret a design, and heavyweight visualization suites that demand modeling and render setup. It suits early client presentations, concept exploration and listing photography, while final construction-grade visualization still calls for dedicated tools.
