Deep Beat is a diss track maker tool. DeepBeat is a free-to-use web tool that writes rap lyrics by combining rhyming lines from existing songs, with keyword control and line-by-line suggestions, based on the DopeLearning research paper.

DeepBeat is a web-based rap lyrics generator that grew out of academic research. Instead of composing text word by word, it assembles verses by selecting lines from existing rap songs and pairing the ones that rhyme and read sensibly together. The method is described in a research paper titled "DopeLearning", and the service was built by Eric Malmi, Stephen Fenech and Pyry Takala. In practice the interface is a stack of empty lyric lines. Pressing Generate lyrics fills every blank at once. A writer can also build a verse gradually, asking for a suggested line or a suggested rhyming line, or typing lines by hand and letting the system answer them. Settings in the upper right corner let users add keywords that must appear somewhere in the output, such as love, truth or birthday, and switch on an optional deep learning feature that is off by default to keep performance up. Song details like artist and track name can be filled in, and a draft can be saved or cleared. The audience is hobbyist rappers, songwriters hunting for rhyme ideas, students and anyone curious about computational creativity. The site showcases recorded songs made with the tool and lists press coverage from Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, MIT Technology Review, Mashable, Mic and the New York Times. A news log also admits to a long outage in 2022 caused by Python 2 dependencies, with normal service restored in November of that year, and the interface warns about server limits and warm-up delays of up to 30 seconds. Among alternatives, DeepBeat is narrower than modern general-purpose language model writing tools. It recombines lines that already exist rather than inventing new ones, which makes it better suited to brainstorming rhymes and sparking ideas than to producing a finished, original track.
