What is DoMyWork?

DoMyWork is a chat-based AI assistant that performs one-off tasks, recurring Autopilot jobs and reusable Playbooks across 1,500+ connected apps, with no servers, setup or workflow building required.

DoMyWork is an AI assistant built around a chat box. A user describes a chore in plain language, and the tool carries it out across the business apps already in use, such as Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, Notion and Salesforce. The pitch is that nothing needs to be hosted, configured or wired together: no servers, no setup and no workflow diagrams to assemble. The product is organized into three working modes. Chat handles one-off requests, for example scoring a folder of resumes against a job description and returning a spreadsheet, or pulling action items out of a week of email into a sheet. Autopilot covers recurring and trigger-based work: a rule such as "when a new lead appears in HubSpot, send a personalized intro email" runs on its own, and scheduled jobs like a periodic SEO audit that emails its report fit the same model. Playbooks are documents in which each block has a run button. Form blocks collect input, AI blocks reason over it, code blocks execute and API blocks call connected apps, so a team can follow an SOP, intake form, runbook or small internal tool and have each step actually perform the work. The audience is mostly founders, marketers, sales and HR staff, SEO specialists and operations people who lose hours to copy-pasting between tabs. Example prompts on the site include enriching overnight signups with LinkedIn data, tracking competitor pricing changes and posting a daily standup summary to Slack. Dedicated pages group use cases by app, role and industry. Among alternatives, it sits between classic automation builders such as Zapier, document-based process tools such as Process Street and Notion, and general coding agents. The vendor positions it as a single subscription replacing several of those. Usage is metered in credits, called DoCredits, with a free tier and paid plans that add web search, website scraping, cloud browser automation and higher autopilot limits.

  5. 5Build a Playbook for your team
