Learn moreAn AI agent that drafts and cross-checks business analyst deliverables

Elicira is an AI agent for business analysts that turns a described need into linked deliverables, from business needs and requirements to user stories and BPMN 2.0 models, with consistency checks and traceability.
Elicira is an AI assistant built specifically for business analysts. Instead of acting as a general chat window, it works as an agent: a single sentence describing a need is enough for it to recognise which deliverable is wanted, choose the matching module, chain the intermediate steps and file the result. The analyst stays in control and approves the output at each stage. The product is organised around six modules that follow the order in which analysis work happens: business needs, requirements, use cases, meeting preparation, user stories and process modelling. Stories come with INVEST slicing and Gherkin acceptance criteria, meeting preparation produces an agenda with elicitation questions and blind spots, and process models can be exported as BPMN 2.0 with the layout already computed, so diagrams open cleanly in bpmn.io or Camunda Modeler. A second group of features addresses what keeps a set of deliverables accurate over time. A consistency check flags contradictions between documents, a critical review plays devil's advocate on a finished deliverable by pointing out unhandled exceptions and implicit assumptions rather than regenerating it, and a traceability matrix links each need to the process step that covers it, exposing orphan requirements and uncovered needs. Every regeneration archives the previous state for comparison, and a work plan lists expected BA tasks based on BABOK v3, cross-checked against what already exists. In practice, the user writes a need or attaches a .txt, .docx or .md file, asks for a deliverable, reviews the structured draft and then copies the text or exports it. Import files for Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence are provided, though the site states this is not an API integration. The tool targets the upstream phase before tickets exist, so no backlog tool is required. Among alternatives, it sits between generic AI chat assistants and backlog-centred story generators, with a narrower focus on BABOK-style analysis and cross-document coherence.
