Learn moreCourier software with AI agents for dispatch, routing and delivery

Onro is an all-in-one courier management platform with AI agents, covering dispatch, route optimization, driver and customer apps, invoicing and accounting. It is white-label and aimed at courier and last-mile delivery companies.
Onro is a courier management platform built for companies that run delivery operations, from small local couriers to multi-country logistics businesses. It combines order handling, dispatching, route planning, driver tools, customer apps, invoicing and accounting in a single system, and adds AI agents that work next to the human team on tasks such as order updates and delivery coordination with senders and recipients. In practice, the product is split into several connected surfaces. Dispatchers get a console for route management, auto-dispatching that assigns orders to suitable drivers in real time, shipment label generation, hub scanning through a scanner app, live monitoring and advance scheduling. Drivers use a mobile app to follow optimized routes, accept assigned orders, capture proof of delivery with signatures, photos, notes or barcodes, collect cash on delivery, track wallet earnings and log failed deliveries with reasons. Customers can book and track orders through a web portal or Android and iOS apps, upload CSV files for bulk orders, receive updates by SMS, email, WhatsApp and in-app notifications, chat with the team, and pay through the courier's own gateway. Onro supports direct, hub-based, multi-stop and scheduled delivery models, and covers first-mile, mid-mile and last-mile stages. Role-based permissions separate dispatchers, business owners, warehouse staff, accountants, fleet managers, call center agents and drivers. The whole platform can be white-labeled with a company's own logo, colors, services, domain and language, and tracking pages carry the courier's brand rather than Onro's. Among alternatives, Onro positions itself above typical last-mile delivery tools that stop at the delivery stage, since it also includes rating, invoicing, COD handling, financial reports and chain of custody tracking. It connects to e-commerce platforms, payment providers, mapping tools and messaging apps. The company reports more than 200 courier companies and over 40 million deliveries across more than 50 countries, which suggests a mature product aimed at operators who want one system instead of stitched-together tools.
