EditTextImage is an AI editor that replaces or translates text inside PNG, JPEG and WebP images while preserving font, color, perspective and background. It uses one-time credit packs with no subscription, and new accounts get one free credit.
EditTextImage is a web-based AI editor with one narrow job: changing the words in an image that already exists. A user uploads a PNG, JPEG or WebP file of up to 10 MB, types the text as it currently appears and the text that should replace it, and the model rewrites that passage in place. The goal is to leave the typeface, color, size, lighting, perspective and background as they were, so the edit does not look pasted on. A separate Translate mode rewrites an entire image into another language instead of swapping a single line. The audience is people who hold a finished file but no longer have the design source. Typical cases on the site include event programs with a changed speaker, posters with a new date or venue, app screenshots that need versions in many languages, product labels with updated weights or branding, and ad creatives where headlines are being A/B tested. Dedicated pages cover screenshots, JPG files, photos with signs or labels, game fonts and logo lettering. Output is rendered at 2K on paid credits, while the single free credit on sign-up renders at 1K. In practice the workflow is three steps: upload, enter original and replacement text, then download. Billing is credit based rather than subscription based. Packs are one-time purchases, credits do not expire, and failed generations are detected and refunded automatically. Commercial rights to generated images are included. Apps for iOS and Android and a Chrome extension are linked from the homepage. The site is open about its limits. Tiny or pixel-art text, partial words (especially in connected scripts such as Arabic and Persian), handwriting and heavily stylized scripts are harder, and PDFs must be exported to images first. Edits to IDs, official documents, bank statements and anything meant to deceive are prohibited, with account termination for violations. Compared with Photoshop it trades manual control for speed, and compared with Canva it edits existing text rather than building layouts from scratch.
